What equipment do I need?

Do I need a mobile phone?

Do I need a webcam?

You will need a webcam for training; however, not all programs require you to be on camera during live calls.

Do I need a headset?

Yes, a hardwired USB headset is required to ensure clear and consistent phone audio quality.

Payments & Bonuses

How do I get paid?

Payments are made via direct deposit.

No, all positions are independent contractor roles, and you will receive a 1099 for tax purposes.

Can I choose my own schedule?

Yes, you’ll have flexibility to choose your hours, though availability may depend on program demand.

How many hours a week do I have to work?

We recommend at least 25 hours a week to keep your account active.

Do I have to work all holidays?

It depends on the program you are assigned to; some programs require holiday coverage, while others do not.

Technical Requirements

Can I use Wi-Fi?

No, to keep calls clear and consistent, you are required to have a wired internet connection (ethernet cord) directly to your modem.

Can I use a laptop?

Yes, you can use a laptop or desktop; mobile phones and tablets are not permissible.

What size hard drive do I need?

You need 20 GB or more of available space, but 60 GB or more is recommended for minimal issues.

How much RAM do I need?

The minimum required is 4 GB of RAM, but we strongly recommend 8 GB for better performance.

What operating system can I use?

We recommend using Windows 11 for the best compatibility and performance.
